Request for datacenter stabalization will be limited due to extensive reengineering requirements.  The primary cause of datacenter instibility is the virtualization technology adopted, and only Microsoft Hyper-V virtual technology will be supported.

O365 Projects will only be accepted after the completion of a business assessment.  All assessments will be based on capacity planning and business goals.  All on-premise products will remain as enterprise best-practices.

All [X]aaS platforms will no longer be supported.  No reengineering and stabilization will be offered.
